Managing director, consultant and trainer
BIIGIB , Nancy - Autres
Depuis le 02 juillet 2018
BIIGIB is a consulting and training company in the fields of engineering, management, P&L of business units, RFP bidding support, projects execution.Examples of consulting missions:
- Project Management supporting a Petrochemicals EPC company and global authority on emissions control and clean-air combustion systems. I supervised and reported the engineering work (process, safety, instrumentation, mechanical drafting, piping, stress analysis, rotating machines),monitored the progress on documents drafting and collecting, elaborated and monitored recovery plans in case of contingency.
- RFP bidding support and training in FEM for a company specialized in CFD simulations. In the frame of its diversification to mechanical and stress analysis, I assisted with the costing and establishing the methodology to extract the stress fields in a rotating machine cooling impeller.
- Consulting : Restructuring plan and business unit P&L optimization supporting a major french technical support company. In the frame of its purchase and merger with another company specialized in fixed priced engineering and EPC projects, I was hired to perform an audit and report about the situation at the start of the restructuring project. Then, propose a new technical organization aiming at making the work flow leaner, identify the skills at risk in order to strengthen them, establish and implement a transformation plan that aims at improving the performances in projects execution, strenghten technical knowledge in the full spectrum of skills available (overall installation, piping, structure and frames, civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation and industrial computing, process, stress analysis and digital simulation, rotating machines), establish a business development plan aiming at strengthening my customer's position in the oil & gas market, diversify the aerospace market beyond the local customers along with opening the market of flying products and components.
